    In the midsummer of June, the sun was burning and the construction work of Hainan Wenchang Satellite Launch Center was also in full swing. Wenchang Satellite Launch Center (WSLC): Located in Longlou Town, Wenchang City, Hainan Province, China, it is China's first coastal launch base and one of the few low-latitude launch sites in the world.

 

     The launch center can launch Long March V series rockets and Long March VII launch vehicles, and is mainly responsible for launching spacecraft such as geosynchronous orbit satellites, high-mass polar orbit satellites, large tonnage space stations and deep space exploration satellites. Such a heavyweight national project from the project establishment to the design of the drawing, from the purchase of materials to the final construction, every step is strictly controlled by the national authority.      Because Wenchang Satellite Launching Base has high requirements for heavy load and explosion-proof, the NFJ-06A (metal explosion-proof floor) product of Beijing Jinke Company was selected this time.

     NFJ-06A metal explosion-proof floor material is a new type of metal aggregate with high abrasion resistance, anti-static and no ignition. The aggregate is treated with NFJ patented technology, which not only plays the role of filler, but also promotes the crystallization of cement stone, so that the colloid becomes crystal or crystal-like, and has the secondary strengthening ability. The metallographic structure is: the matrix is pearlite and ferrite; the second phase is graphite and phosphorus eutectic.

     After construction, it is combined with concrete without spalling to form a whole. The water-cement ratio is small, the compactness is high, and the resistance to water and oil is strong. As determined by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, its surface layer wear performance is superior to commonly used wear-resistant materials such as artificial marble and silicon carbide. Abrasion resistance is 20 times that of ordinary cement mortar. With high abrasion resistance, impact resistance, anti-static (anti-static), no fire, oil resistance, anti-penetration and other properties.

 

Water conservation after part of ground construction is completed

    In view of the excellent performance of Beijing Jinke's NFJ metal aggregate, it is not only used in Wenchang Satellite Launch Center, but also used by many well-known domestic pharmaceutical factories and civilian explosion factories, and has been included in many national building standard designs Atlases such as 05J909 "Engineering Practice", 08J907 "Clean Factory Building Construction", and 14J98 "Explosion-proof, Explosion-proof Doors and Windows, Roofs, and Wall Building Construction" are included in the collection.
