★ Select product series according to different dust suppression requirements.

★ Spraying equipment

(1) For sites with a processing area of less than 1000m2, an artificial spray device can be used to uniformly spray the surface of the material.

(2) It is recommended to use an electric sprayer or a vehicle-mounted and professional spraying vehicle for spraying with a processing area greater than 1000 m2, and the range can reach 18-20 meters or more.

★ Spraying method

     The dust suppressant is sprayed by a spraying device or a water truck and a spraying station, etc., and the dust suppressant dilution liquid is evenly sprayed on the surface of the material or the dusting interval to achieve the dustproof and dust-reducing effect. The laboratory test showed that the optimal spraying amount was 1.03 L / m2 for fine sand and dust, and 2.06 L / m2 for coal powder. ★ Dilution method of liquid dust suppressant

     The liquid dust suppressant can be poured into the spraying container according to the required amount, and then the water is poured in proportion, and then it can be stirred evenly, or it can be stirred while adding water.

2. Matters needing attention

 (1) The product can be diluted with clean tap water or non-polluting water. The product cannot be diluted with strong acid or alkali water.

 (2) Take it with it, and it should not be exposed to the air for a long time.

 (3) Due to the stickiness of the product, a small amount of it will adhere to the inner wall of the container, and the spray container needs to be cleaned after operation.

 (4) When the rainfall has formed obvious runoff, it is necessary to re-spray after the surface of the object is dry.

 (5) When the ultra-fine dust pile is dust-reduced, due to the weak water permeability of the surface of the material, "ball" or run-off phenomenon tends to occur after encountering water. It is better to first wet the surface with a high concentration of dust suppressant dilution solution. After the surface is wet, reduce the dilution factor before spraying for the second time.
